Terms on which these pages are read

Chart Pattern Atlas is an independent editorial desk. It publishes one measurement from named public sources, and it is not a broker, an adviser, or a venue for orders.

Information, not advice

The figures on these pages are information, not advice. Each chart shows a real stretch of price history where a written rule found a pattern, and the markers show the points the definition uses. That is one occurrence, not evidence that the figure works. Nothing on the site is a recommendation, an offer, or a suggestion to buy or sell. The charts describe how price looked, not what a reader should do. A reader who decides to act does so alone and remains responsible for their own decision, because no page here can know their circumstances or their needs.

The desk behind the figures

The publication is run by the Chart Pattern Atlas research desk. The desk reads the named sources, records the date each history was read, and republishes the chart with it. It does not trade for readers, hold money, or accept orders. When a figure is wrong, the desk corrects it and dates the correction. Questions and corrections reach the desk at editor@chartpatternatlasin.pages.dev. The desk answers what it can check; it cannot answer what a reader should do, because that would be advice, and the site does not give advice.

Sources and limits

Every chart names its source and links to it, so a reader can check the figure at its publisher. The figures are measurements of published sources, and they carry the limits of those sources. A source may be delayed, amended, or taken down, and the desk cannot improve what the source does not show. The site is not a broker, not an exchange, and not a licensed adviser. It holds no client money and accepts no orders. The reader is the only person who can decide what to do with the information, and the reader alone bears the outcome of that decision.

Funding and the affiliate relationship

The site links to one broker, FxPro, through an affiliate link, and the desk is paid a commission if a reader opens an account there. The reader pays nothing to this site and nothing extra at the broker. The broker's own site is operated by someone else, under its own terms and its own privacy policy, and following the link leaves this site. The site has no accounts, no login, no newsletter, and no comment form. It sets no cookie of its own, runs no analytics, and stores nothing in the reader's browser. The pages are served by a hosting provider which keeps its own technical request logs; the publisher does not read a reader's personal data out of them.
